At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your shoes are in their original condition, unworn outdoors, and packed in the original shoe box with all tags attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would like a refund or a different size for exchange.

  Package and Ship

  Securely package your items and use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label or choose your preferred courier to send the parcel back to our warehouse.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
